Seoul Medical Group Anthem Award recognizes the organization’s commitment to high-quality healthcare and its status as a premier provider within the national medical network. Seoul Medical Group (SMG) has been officially named a recipient of the “National Provider of the Year” honor by Anthem Blue Cross, marking a significant achievement in the healthcare industry.
Recognizing Excellence in Patient-Centered Care
Anthem Blue Cross operates the Clinical Provider Recognition Program (CPRP), an annual initiative designed to honor medical groups and practitioners who demonstrate exceptional performance within the Anthem network. This year, SMG was among 44 institutions nationwide to receive this distinction. In California, only four organizations—including Seoul Medical Group and Cedars-Sinai—were named to the prestigious list.
The CPRP identifies independent and hospital-affiliated medical groups that deliver high-quality, patient-centered services. Awardees are selected based on key health indicators and data-driven metrics related to the medical services provided to Anthem members.
Top 1% Performance in Key Health Metrics
The Seoul Medical Group Anthem Award was granted following an evaluation of 2025 performance indicators, where SMG recorded outstanding scores in several critical areas:

Medication adherence.

Overall health outcome measurements.
Specifically, SMG was included in the “Best National Provider” category, which is reserved for medical groups performing within the top 1% of the entire national network.
