In a disturbing breach of artist privacy, police have arrested two foreign nationals following an alleged CORTIS dormitory break-in in central Seoul.

The Yongsan Police Station confirmed on July 25 that two Chinese women were booked on charges of residential trespassing after being caught at the rookie group’s residence in the Yongsan District.

According to law enforcement, the incident took place at approximately 2:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 23.

The security breach was discovered when the group’s manager noticed unusual activity around the apartment:

• Tampered Package: A delivery box left outside the front door had been opened.

• Ajar Door: The main entrance to the dormitory was left partially unlocked and open.

• Rapid Police Response: The manager immediately alerted authorities, leading to the suspects’ arrest on the spot.

During initial questioning, the women admitted to purchasing the group’s private address through social media channels. However, while acknowledging they traveled to the location, they denied opening the delivery package or stepping inside the residence.
