BLACKPINK’s Jennie has written a monumental new chapter in K-pop history, becoming the first female K-pop act to headline Lollapalooza Chicago.
On Saturday, the global icon closed out the festival’s main Bud Light stage with an unforgettable, high-energy 18-song set lasting approximately one hour, according to her agency OA Entertainment.
The coveted closing slot on the Bud Light stage has historically been reserved for iconic global headliners, including the likes of The Cure, Coldplay, and The Weeknd.

By taking the headlining spot, Jennie joined this year’s top-tier lineup alongside international powerhouses such as Charli xcx, Lorde, and Olivia Dean.
