Sitting comfortably at the very top for the second consecutive year is Princeton University, followed closely by Duke University in second place—leaving Harvard University to settle for the bronze in third.

To determine the Top Colleges for Career Success, the platform analyzed data from recent cohorts (2020–2025 graduates) across five core pillars:

The Ivy League Dominance & California’s Standouts
Rounding out the top five behind Princeton, Duke, and Harvard were MIT (#4) and Dartmouth (#5), with Yale re-entering the upper echelon at #9.
On the West Coast, California schools held their ground in a competitive national field. Stanford University led the Golden State pack at #10 overall, while UC Berkeley (#29), Caltech (#31), and USC (#33) all secured spots in the prestigious Top 50.
Consistency was another major takeaway: 86% of last year’s top institutions returned to the list this year. LinkedIn attributes this high retention rate to universities that consistently foster long-term career resilience and high-yield professional pipelines for their graduates.
