Kim Dong-jun recently shared a hilarious and revealing anecdote about fellow ZE:A member Im Si-wan during his appearance on a popular South Korean YouTube show. The Regret Over Acting Advice
Kim Dong-jun recalled that he was the first among the ZE:A members to venture into acting, having recently filmed a Busan-themed one-act drama. When he returned to their dorm, Im Si-wan was preparing for his breakthrough historical drama ‘The Moon Embracing the Sun’. Curious about the process, Im Si-wan asked what a television set was like, prompting a 20-year-old Kim Dong-jun to share everything he had experienced.
A Shocking Transformation
However, after ‘The Moon Embracing the Sun’ aired, Kim Dong-jun was completely stunned by Im Si-wan’s performance. Looking back, he humorously admitted that he felt like he had touched a mountain he shouldn’t have dared to cross. Seeing how remarkably handsome and skilled Im Si-wan was right from his debut made him realize that truly intelligent people excel at everything. Notably, Im Si-wan previously revealed that he had never received formal acting lessons during his ZE:A days, landing the iconic childhood role of Heo Yeom through a serendipitous audition.
