KATSEYE Animal MV has officially broken the group’s personal record by surpassing 100 million views on YouTube. According to HYBE-Geffen Records on September 16, 2026, the official music video for ‘Animal’ crossed the 100 million view mark at approximately 2 a.m. KST.
Released on July 24, the ‘Animal’ music video achieved this feat in just 54 days, setting a new record for the fastest official video by the group to reach the milestone. Previously, their ‘Gabriela’ performance video held the record at 98 days.
Global Success and Billboard Chart Performance
With this latest achievement, KATSEYE now boasts a total of seven videos with over 100 million views. Their ‘Gabriela’ performance video currently stands at approximately 359 million views, while their debut track ‘Touch’ records 298 million views. Additionally, the official music video and choreography version for ‘Gnarly’ both exceed 200 million views, with the ‘Gameboy’ music video also nearing the 200 million mark.
Beyond YouTube records, ‘Animal’ continues to demonstrate strong staying power on the global charts. On the latest US Billboard ‘Hot 100’ chart for the week of September 19, the track climbed three spots to rank 27th, successfully charting for 7 consecutive weeks.
