According to an announcement from the Hanteo Chart on the 29th, the group’s first studio repackaged album, ‘HOME: DELUXE,’ recorded 560,189 sales on its release day, the 28th, securing the #1 spot on the daily physical album chart. With this achievement, BOYNEXTDOOR has now hit the top spot on the day of release for seven consecutive albums since their debut mini-album.
Global Chart Dominance
The global music market is responding with enthusiasm. As of 10:00 AM on the 29th, the new album ranked on Apple Music’s ‘Top Albums’ charts in 11 countries and regions, including Taiwan and Hong Kong, and reached iTunes ‘Top Albums’ charts in 4 regions, including Japan and Russia. The title track, ‘ANIMAL,’ entered Melon’s ‘Top 100’ at #43 in South Korea, while making a strong impression in Japan by hitting #6 on the Line Music ‘Real-time Song Top 100’ chart.
