Starship Entertainment’s rookie boy group IDID celebrated their 1st debut anniversary by releasing a pictorial capturing their visual growth, capturing the attention of their fandom ‘WeID’.
IDID (Jang Yong-hoon, Kim Min-jae, Park Won-bin, Choo Yu-chan, Park Seong-hyeon, Baek Jun-hyeok, Jeong Se-min) unveiled a beauty pictorial and interview through the fashion magazine ‘DAZED KOREA’ October issue.
In the released pictorial, IDID exuded a chic yet dreamy atmosphere by tinting their eyes with red-toned eyeshadow. While white outfits revealed a hazy winter sentiment, black styling maximized intense yet hip-hop-like individuality. They perfectly pulled off high-difficulty makeup such as white eyelashes and unconventional eyelines, flaunting model-like aura.
In the interview conducted along with the pictorial, IDID looked back on their past year of activities and poured out their sincere feelings toward fans. The members, who became much more relaxed than during their pre-debut ‘Dazed’ shoot, shared their thoughts, saying, “Standing in front of the camera, I realized I’ve grown a lot,” and “Standing here again after a year, I was proud because it felt like I had many more faces to show in the meantime.”
In addition, they revealed their hidden efforts such as studying composition and lyric writing for musical growth, English studying for global communication, and interest in styling, along with strong teamwork and unique passion for music, raising expectations for future growth.
Debuting in September of last year with their first mini-album ‘I did it.’, IDID caused a sensation in the 5th-generation idol market by landing atop music shows just 12 days after debut. Afterward, they consecutively presented the digital single ‘PUSH BACK’ and single album ‘FLY!’, sweeping rookie awards at major award ceremonies and establishing themselves as ‘Next Generation’.
Meanwhile, IDID is scheduled to attend the ‘Asia Artist Awards’ (AAA 2026) to be held at the Kaohsiung National Stadium in Taiwan this coming December.
