Comprehensive food company SFood (CEO Cho Sung-soo) is participating in the global food exhibition SIAL Paris 2026, held in Paris, France, from October 17 to 21.

SFood’s entry, the ‘K-Flavor Meal’ composed of three JCDM ‘Kkoda-myeon’ (chicken breast noodle) varieties (original, bibim-guksu, and tteokbokki flavor), has been selected for the official exhibition innovation program, ‘SIAL Innovation Selection 2026.’

SIAL Innovation is a program that discovers and introduces new products, technologies, and solutions in the food industry. Global food industry experts comprehensively evaluate entries based on originality, market suitability, and the value they provide to consumers and the industry. This year, a total of 2,750 products and solutions were submitted, of which only 775 made it to the Selection.

Kkoda-myeon is a gluten-free, high-protein product that realizes chicken breast in noodle form without flour. It can be utilized in various ways, such as cold mixed noodles, warm soups, or stir-fried dishes.

The company stated that its proprietary manufacturing method for forming chicken breast into noodles has been registered as a domestic patent, and the technology received the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Award at the 2025 Korea Food Tech Awards.

Through this exhibition, SFood plans to introduce new noodle categories based on chicken breast, including Bibim-guksu and Tteokbokki infused with K-Flavor, promoting the product’s potential to expand into various tastes and menus and its competitiveness as K-FOOD.

An SFood representative stated, “As interest in high-protein foods and convenience meals grows in the European food market and K-FOOD establishes itself as a food culture, this product can become a new choice.” They added, “Through this participation in SIAL Paris 2026 and the Innovation Selection, we will showcase our differentiation and diverse product expansion potential to the global market.”>

SFood plans to expand its distribution networks in overseas markets such as Europe through tasting events and buyer consultations during the exhibition period.
