Songs like warm meat and soup offered to a weary traveler marked the finale of the AKMU concert ‘Rumor’s Paradise,’ which successfully drew 30,000 fans over three days starting the 9th at the KSPO Dome in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

Having left their longtime agency, YG Entertainment, after more than 10 years to establish their own path, AKMU showcased everything from their fresh debut days of witty lyrics to the maturity displayed in their 4th regular album ‘Blooming,’ released last April, all within a 150-minute show.

AKMU arrived on a stage decorated like a desert filled with sand dunes and rocky mountains, riding in an old pickup truck. Members Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Su-hyun wore heavily decorated outfits resembling circus troupe ringleaders and singers as they opened with ‘Spring Color.’ It was a touch that reflected the vibe of ‘concept master’ Chan-hyuk, who previously drew major attention with his ‘self-funeral’ performance while singing ‘Bucket List’ at the 2024 Blue Dragon Film Awards.
