Virtual boy group B THE HOOD has taken their first step toward officially entering the music scene by releasing the tracklist for their debut mini-album.
B THE HOOD raised global fans’ expectations through their official SNS channels by dropping the tracklist image for their upcoming first mini-album, ‘THE REAL DEAL’, set for release on the 20th.
According to the revealed tracklist, the debut album features a total of six diverse tracks, including the title song ‘CHOP!’, along with ‘Lowkey’, ‘The Baddest’, ‘JADED’, ‘STEEZE’, and ‘Up on the Moon’.
The title track ‘CHOP!’ highlights B THE HOOD’s unique unrestrained, confident attitude and powerful performance. Global hit-producing team THE HUB’s ChaMane—who has worked with TWS and RIIZE—alongside domestic and international hitmakers like Ryan Shin, 808MALC, and Davide Russo, teamed up to complete the album.
The album also features previously released pre-debut singles that successfully led their ‘Triple Run’, anchoring the project. These include the short-form chart sensation ‘Lowkey’, the smooth R&B pop track ‘The Baddest’, and the hip-hop track ‘JADED’, which ranked No. 1 on YouTube Shorts daily charts and stayed in the YouTube Music Weekly Top 100 for two consecutive weeks, proving B THE HOOD’s remarkable growth narrative.
Additionally, Charlotte Wilson—who has crafted hit songs for ITZY, ENHYPEN, and aespa—participated in the hip track ‘STEEZE’. The final track, ‘Up on the Moon’, was produced by ditch david, who has collaborated with Taemin and Onew, with lyrics written by the unique-voiced singer-songwriter Seori, completing a deeply emotional lyrical style. Top-tier creators leading the K-pop scene also contributed in large numbers to elevate the album’s quality.
