[OSEN=Jang Woo-young] With IVE (An Yu-jin, Gaeul, Ray, Jang Won-young, Liz, Leeseo) just seven days away from releasing their pre-release track, their unrivaled characters are capturing strong attention.
Starship Entertainment released the ‘HERO TRAINING CENTER : HERO COMICS’ video and ‘Hero Comics’ version group concept photo for their new album ‘Looks Can Kill’ through IVE’s official SNS on the 11th, showcasing the training sessions of Hero IVE unfolding at the hero training center.
Amidst fast and grand beats echoing, the members caught attention with training scenes incorporating their respective individual traits and abilities. An Yu-jin showed presence just by appearing with a strong and fast landing, while Gaeul subdued opponents by firing a wind wave. Ray added unique wit by shooting a gun with her hand, and Jang Won-young showed gorgeous action utilizing a pole. Meanwhile, Leeseo added dynamism with a long rope, and Liz accurately hit the target with a fork.
The video’s hair and styling, which revealed the symbolic colors of each member, meticulously drew the characteristics of each character, elevating concept immersion by materializing the worldview of Hero IVE.
The ‘Hero Comics’ version group concept photo added tension, ranging from the members’ appearances creating an overwhelming atmosphere with just their silhouettes against the backdrop of the hero training center, to scenes that looked focused on training. In addition, a collage composition inspired by comics and kitschy illustrations completed the unique atmosphere unique to ‘Hero Comics’.
An official stated, “With the ‘hero training center’ inside the worldview being unveiled, anticipation is gathering for IVE’s new transformation and what kind of stories will unfold in the upcoming teasing contents.”
