Veteran actress Na Moon-hee recently expressed her mixed feelings of deep gratitude and apology toward K-pop star and actress IU.

On YouTube channel ‘Kim Young-ok’, a new video titled ‘IU came to Kim Young-ok’s house… and even Na Moon-hee?! The three women’s dinner and IU’s final letter’ was released.

While waiting for IU, Na Moon-hee asked Kim Young-ok how she managed to invite her. Kim Young-ok responded that IU expressed a desire to appear on their YouTube show, and knowing Na Moon-hee was a fan, she made sure to coordinate the schedule.

Na Moon-hee openly confessed her fondness for the young star, stating, “I like IU. IU is great.” Kim Young-ok added that seeing young stars who achieve such massive success while remaining humble shows they truly possess something special.

The two veteran actresses recently worked together with IU on the highly anticipated Netflix series ‘When Life Gives You Tangerines’ (‘폭싹 속았수다’).

Na Moon-hee shared a touching behind-the-scenes story, saying, “I was supposed to take on a role in the drama, but during practice, I fell ill and couldn’t continue. When she heard about that, she started sending me gifts. It’s been quite a while now.”

When Kim Young-ok mentioned that this was her first time hearing about it, Na Moon-hee added, “IU constantly buys me delicious food and takes care of me, which sometimes makes me feel bad because I feel like I’m always owing her favors.”
