BLACKPINK Jisoo is set to continue her global success as she prepares to release her next solo project.
According to her agency, BLISSOO, on the 27th, Jisoo will release ‘ADDICTED,’ the second pre-release single from her upcoming first full-length album, on the 30th.
‘ADDICTED’ is a new track following her previous single ‘CLICK’ released last month. While ‘CLICK’ depicted a natural and special connection drawing people toward one another, Jisoo is set to showcase yet another unique concept transformation through ‘ADDICTED.’
Alongside this announcement, Jisoo released a series of teaser contents for ‘ADDICTED’ from the 24th to the 26th through her official social media channels, starting with a logo video, followed by teaser images and a video teaser.
The logo video leaves a dreamy yet intense impression with a motion graphic of heart-shaped lightning flashing across a dark purple sky, accompanied by the new song title ‘ADDICTED’ rendered in a dimensional purple typography.
The newly unveiled teaser images capture Jisoo’s striking new visual transformation. Hiding behind a subtle, sparkling curtain, she exudes a restrained ambiance. Her full-bang hairstyle and black nails further accentuate her signature mysterious and alluring aura.
In particular, the teaser video offered the first preview of the sound and performance for ‘ADDICTED.’ Jisoo’s uniquely captivating vocals and sensational movements instantly grabbed both eyes and ears.
A representative from the agency shared, "Please keep an eye on how Jisoo, having built excitement through her diverse teasing content, will continue the journey of her first full-length album with this new release, showcasing her distinct charms and emotions."
