TWICE member Nayeon NA-sty has heightened anticipation for her upcoming return by releasing a quirky and mysterious intro film for her new single.
Mysterious Intro Film and ‘BABY ANGEL’ Teaser
On the afternoon of the 5th, JYP Entertainment shared an intro film on their official social media channels containing hints for Nayeon’s upcoming single album ‘NA-sty’ and its title track ‘BABY ANGEL,’ set to be released on the 20th.
The released video begins with feathers piling up on top of a book titled "EVERYWHERE BUT NOWHERE." Nayeon, who previously showed a dramatic transformation with blue hair in the visual film, begins narrating a story about a mysterious woman who suddenly took over screens worldwide. Amidst mounting obsession and bizarre phenomena of unknown origin, the video concludes with a suspicious rumor that it was "a prank played by Baby Angel on the world." This mystery-filled setting and plot maximize curiosity regarding the true identity of ‘Baby Angel.’
First Solo Release in Over Two Years
The new album ‘NA-sty’ marks her first solo release in approximately two years and five months since her second mini-album ‘NA.’ The album title combines the meanings of "Nayeon’s style" and "being herself" with the cheeky English word "nasty." Having successfully showcased various charms as the refreshing summer queen with her solo debut song ‘POP!’ and the bold hot girl with her previous work ‘ABCD,’ attention is focused on what unique colors Nayeon will present this time.
Meanwhile, Nayeon’s solo single album ‘NA-sty’ and title track ‘BABY ANGEL’ will officially be released on November 20 at 2 PM.
