Grocery chain Aldi has launched a special promotion allowing shoppers to prepare an entire Thanksgiving dinner for under Aldi Thanksgiving meal deal budget of $40 this year.
Aldi announced on the 15th that the holiday meal bundleβfeaturing a 16-pound turkey, traditional side dishes, and all the necessary ingredients for a pumpkin pieβwill be available for less than $40.
Affordable Thanksgiving Meal Pricing Based on National Standards
This pricing strategy was formulated using the American Farm Bureau Federation’s Thanksgiving meal benchmark standards.
The comprehensive holiday package includes a 16-pound turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, dinner rolls, cranberries, peas, carrots, celery, pumpkin pie ingredients, milk, and whipping cream.
No Membership Required for the Discount
To access this promotion, customers do not need any special coupons, loyalty cards, or paid memberships, and there are no minimum purchase requirements.
The promotion runs through November 25. In-store shoppers can easily spot participating items marked with a turkey logo, while online shoppers can add the entire grocery checklist to their digital cart directly via the Aldi website.
However, the company noted that actual prices may vary depending on geographic location, product inventory, and individual item selections.
Broader Price Cuts Across Aldi Stores
In addition to the holiday promotion, Aldi recently slashed prices on approximately one-third of its entire product inventory. Company officials estimate that these sweeping price cuts will save shoppers a combined total of $85 million. The broader price reductions remain in effect across nationwide stores through November 3.
As major retailers roll out competitive holiday meal kits and discounts ahead of the festive season, industry experts anticipate a wave of additional promotional deals from competing grocery chains.
