OSEN DB.BTS Billboard 200 Success Continues
BTS Billboard 200 success is still going strong as the group’s fifth full-length album ‘ARIRANG’, released last March, secured the No. 29 spot on the latest US Billboard chart for the week of September 19, according to Big Hit Music on September 16. This incredible milestone marks 25 consecutive weeks on the chart.
Previously, BTS entered the chart at No. 1 in the first week of April and maintained the top position for three consecutive weeks. Big Hit Music noted that ‘ARIRANG’ has spent a cumulative total of 13 weeks in the Top 10 of the Billboard 200, setting a record for any South Korean artist.
Global Chart Dominance and Upcoming South American Tour
The group’s enduring power is further reflected across multiple Billboard charts. ‘ARIRANG’ climbed seven spots from the previous week to land at No. 18 on the Top Album Sales chart, while ranking No. 43 on Top Streaming Albums. Additionally, the album’s title track ‘SWIM’ re-entered the Adult Contemporary chart at No. 30.
Building on these historic chart achievements, BTS is set to kick off their highly anticipated South American tour starting in Bogota, Colombia, on October 2.
