
BTS Leader Supports Cultural Preservation
Group BTS member BTS RM donation to the National Museum of Korea has been confirmed, with 100 million won provided to assist in the acquisition of collection items.
On the 30th, the National Museum of Korea announced that RM delivered a donation of 100 million won to the National Museum of Korea Foundation on the 29th. This fund is intended to be used for the future purchase and acquisition of historical artifacts.
Previously, RM was appointed as the first global ambassador in the history of the National Museum of Korea last June.
RM shared his meaningful thoughts, stating, “I am happy to be able to support the museum. I will continue to work together to promote the museum and our culture.”
Upcoming Special Exhibition
Meanwhile, RM will hold a special exhibition titled ‘RM x SFMOMA: Between You and Me’ at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) from October 3 (local time) to February 7, 2027, showcasing approximately 140 pieces from his personal collection.
