Group ENHYPEN has signaled the start of yet another new world.
ENHYPEN (Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Niki) released the ‘DREAM’ version concept film and photos for their spinoff single ‘THE SIN : PARALLEL WORLD’ on their official SNS channels on November 3rd and 4th, capturing the final moments of the anxiety they experienced as vampires.
Filled with a dreamy and unrealistic atmosphere, the video shows ENHYPEN waking up under a dazzling light accompanied by the phrase, “Another world, another time, yet still us.”
The boundaries of the two worlds are clearly felt in the concept photos as well. The final moments of ENHYPEN’s vampire experience in their dreams and the new world they face upon waking up contrast sharply, while ‘flower petals’ serve as a sensory metaphor bridging the two narratives.
Starting with the ‘DREAM’ version, ENHYPEN will sequentially unveil the ‘DAY & NIGHT’ concept film and individual concept photos for ‘DAY’ and ‘NIGHT’. A representative raised expectations by stating, “Fans will be able to glimpse the overall mood of the new release through these diverse versions of content.”
‘THE SIN : PARALLEL WORLD’ tells the story of lovers who realized that simply being together in the previous work was a blessing, now confirming their fateful relationship in another parallel world.
The title track ‘I Want You’ is a song that depicts the moment they recognize each other through a sixth-sense-like instinctive attraction and realize they are destined. It features a romantic emotional line expressing that no matter which world they are in, their love for ‘you’ remains unchanged.
