Solo artist EVAN is making a powerful return with a new, intense pop R&B track.

On August 26, EVAN heightened anticipation for his comeback by releasing track samplers for the title song ‘Death of Me’ and b-side track ‘Twilight’ from his upcoming 1st mini album ‘DEATH OF ME’ via official social media channels. Demonstrating his musical capabilities, EVAN actively participated in the songwriting and composition for both tracks.

The track sampler for the title song ‘Death of Me’ delivers an unstoppable sense of momentum, combining visuals of a speedometer accelerating to its limit with an intense pop R&B sound. Lyrics such as “Even if it stops, this ain’t the death of me” and “Engraving the destiny that is about to begin” express his firm determination to move forward from a new starting line.

The simultaneously released b-side track ‘Twilight’ is a pop track based on UK garage rhythms. It compares the ecstatic moments felt with a special someone to twilight, creating an urban and sophisticated vibe.

Previously, EVAN sequentially revealed highlights of various genres, including dream pop ‘Going Home’, pop R&B ‘Noise’, trap genre ‘Not Enough’, and alternative rock ‘Immature’, signaling an even deeper musical spectrum.

Meanwhile, EVAN’s 1st mini album ‘DEATH OF ME’, which proves his prowess as a ‘self-producing artist’ as he led the production of all tracks, will be released on various music sites at 6 PM on September 7.
