Girls Generation Yuri recently opened up about her free-spirited life in Jeju Island and her plans for a group comeback after parting ways with SM Entertainment.
During the broadcast of MBC’s ‘I Live Alone’, Kian84 visited Jeju Island and met up with Yuri at a local cafe. Upon seeing her, Kian84 playfully asked, “What are you even doing living here?” to which Yuri casually replied that she spends her time drawing and relaxing near her home.
When Kian84 asked if she was always alone there, Yuri witty responded, “Not quite alone, I have lots of friends around. Don’t look at me with such pity.” She also mentioned that she recently visited Seoul for a Girls’ Generation meeting, confirming that the group is currently preparing for a comeback.
The conversation naturally shifted toward her current agency status. When Kian84 bluntly asked if she was still with her former agency, Yuri coolly replied, “No, I left. I am a completely free agent now.”
Kian84 then cracked a joke by asking, “So nobody is picking you up then?”, making Yuri burst into laughter. She playfully defended herself by saying, “Calls are flooding in right now,” showcasing her strong appeal as a major free agent in the industry.
