Gwinnett County Road Rage Incident Escalates to Gunfire
A routine traffic dispute in Gwinnett County quickly escalated into a dangerous Gwinnett County road rage shooting, prompting local authorities to issue an arrest warrant for a 23-year-old female suspect, according to Gwinnett Police.
Details of the Confrontation and Search for the Suspect
The incident began on the 7th near Hog Mountain Road and Braselton Highway when the suspect, Sierra Imani Little, pulled out of a parking lot and cut off another vehicle. After the victim honked their horn, the situation rapidly deteriorated into a severe road rage confrontation. Little allegedly rammed the victim’s vehicle at high speed before fleeing. When the victim stepped out of their Nissan to check the damage, Little returned and fired at least three shots at the vehicle, striking it at least once. Fortunately, the victim sustained no injuries.
Police utilized surveillance footage, Flock Safety camera data, historical records, and tips from residents to identify Little as the primary suspect. Authorities have seized her vehicle and secured an arrest warrant charging her with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, hit-and-run, and reckless driving.
