Former Apink member Hong Yu-kyung is gearing up to welcome her first child, sharing her final meal before childbirth.
On the 26th, Hong Yu-kyung took to her personal social media to share a photo of herself enjoying beef tripe, writing, ‘Dandang might arrive as early as this Thursday, so this is my final feast.’ She added, ‘I probably won’t be able to grill food outside for a while. I even skillfully finished off the fried rice,’ sharing glimpses of her enjoyable meal.
Hong Yu-kyung debuted as a member of the girl group Apink in 2011 but left the team in 2013 to focus on her studies. She later pursued a master’s degree in clothing and textiles at Seoul National University Graduate School, transformed into a fashion designer, and married a physician in 2023.
Back in June, she announced her pregnancy through her personal social media three years into her marriage, stating, ‘Everyone, a pretty baby has come into my belly. Having reached the 16-week stable period, I am finally able to share the news of my pregnancy.’
