Hwang Minhyun is building high anticipation for his comeback by looking back on his past journey through the official photos of his new album [OUR].
On the 3rd at 10 PM KST, Hwang Minhyun released the ‘TRACE’ version official photos for his new album [OUR] through his official SNS channels. Set in an exhibition space where multiple portraits were displayed along a curved wall, Hwang Minhyun created an eerie atmosphere as both the protagonist and a visitor of the exhibition. His natural poses and deep gaze staring at his own photos within the black-and-white space hint at a newly matured composure.
This unique direction directly ties into the meaning of ‘TRACE’. While the previously unveiled ‘DOT’ version focused on the smallest unit of a point, this ‘TRACE’ version expands the gaze to the tracks left behind as those points gathered. The two concepts organically intertwine, amplifying curiosity about the stories he will tell through [OUR].
Set for official release on the 7th at 6 PM KST, the new album [OUR] is a sincere album where Hwang Minhyun retraces the time that made him and discovers the story of ‘us’ within the traces of those who stayed by his side. Through this album, he is expected to challenge new vocal tones and genres, expanding his spectrum as a solo artist.
Meanwhile, following the release of his new album, Hwang Minhyun will continue meetings with global fans. Starting with the ‘2026 Hwang Minhyun Fan Meeting ‘Taowonkyung” held from October 16 to 18 at the Woori Bank Hall in COEX Artium, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, he will tour four Asian cities including Tokyo (October 21β22), Macau (November 7), and Taipei (November 27), delivering special performances across a total of 7 shows.
