Minju’s Dramatic Transformation
Released on the official HYBE Labels YouTube channel, the ‘BURNING’ version teaser for ILLIT’s 5th mini-album ‘BREAK EVEN’ showcases Minju releasing pent-up anger toward an indifferent counterpart. Sporting vibrant red hair, she speeds through the streets, shoots at a car with a manic smile, and ultimately splits a vehicle in half with a chainsaw on the roof.
Album Concept and Upcoming Release
According to Belift Lab, this new album marks a significant shift in ILLIT’s narrative regarding relationships. Their title track delivers a bold warning to those who take kindness for granted. The group will hold special stages during their encore tour at the Incheon Inspire Arena before officially releasing the album and music video on October 26.
