The title track ‘Looks Can Kill’ is a heavy, rough bass track blended with drums and rich electronic sounds, capturing IVE’s confidence as they command the atmosphere simply by appearing. The repetitive chorus and witty lyrics harmonize with an addictive melody to maximize the song’s charm.
Set for release on October 26, IVE’s new mini-album ‘Looks Can Kill’ introduces a ‘Girl Hero’ concept, following up on their previous ‘Another Ego’ personas like Cupid and Magical Girl.
A representative stated, "Having explored the message of ‘self-assurance’ in various ways, IVE will expand their own narrative and showcase fresh charms through this spinoff project."
