Dancer and choreographer J-Black recently shared his behind-the-scenes experience working with producer Lee Soo-man, drawing significant attention.
Appearing on the tvN variety show ‘You Quiz on the Block’ for its ‘Real recognizes real’ special, J-Black discussed his recent work on A2O LITE’s ‘NEON’ choreography, which he created alongside his team members.
"This is the first time people have liked my dance this much, so it feels like I’m a rookie again," he expressed during the broadcast.
He revealed that Aizing’s widely loved high kick move was actually perfected through producer Lee Soo-man’s touch. "A video from teacher Lee Soo-man came up, and the kick choreography we see now is the result of him refining it at the very end," he explained.
"At first, I thought, ‘Why did it change?’" J-Black confessed, recalling the original spin turn movement. However, he expressed deep admiration, saying, "I got goosebumps at his directing, which precisely pinpoints the exact moment the public will find most attractive."
Meanwhile, A2O LITE, the rookie girl group led by top producer Lee Soo-man’s A2O Entertainment, has been making a strong impact on the K-pop scene by landing at the top of music charts right upon debut.
