Former Ko Ji-yong is reuniting with fellow Sechs Kies members Jang Su-won and Lee Jai-jin.
According to Mountain Movement Story on the 30th, Ko Ji-yong, Jang Su-won, and Lee Jai-jin released the official poster for ‘THE TREE in INSPIRE – Sechskies’ Untold Stories’ and are officially diving into preparations for their upcoming performance.
Ahead of Sechs Kies’ 30th anniversary since debut in 2027, the trio will meet fans through a special stage. This event marks the first official gathering featuring the three members together, adding deep significance as they reunite with fans in the same space after a long passage of time.
True to the subtitle ‘Sechskies’ Untold Stories’, this stage will go beyond simply recreating the past. An industry representative shared, ‘Having spent a long time on their separate paths, the three members will reunite through music, talks, and shared memories to unfold stories they haven’t been able to share with fans until now.’
Ko Ji-yong has been actively greeting fans through various activities after recovering his health. He recently revealed that he divorced his former wife, Huh Yang-im, two years ago, with Huh taking custody of their child.
Amidst this, according to Ko’s side, Huh filed for an injunction and a custody visitation rights trial against Ko on the 5th of last month, claiming he failed to properly provide child support and refused visitation rights.
In response, Ko’s legal representation filed an injunction on the 16th of last month to prohibit interference with visitation rights and to ban the posting of their child’s photos and videos.
