Starting next season, Los Angeles County residents who carry a Medi-Cal or EBT card will be able to purchase LA Phil Hollywood Bowl 10 dollar tickets to enjoy world-class concerts at the iconic venue.
The Los Angeles Philharmonic (LA Phil) officially announced the expansion of its “EBT Culture Access Program” to the Hollywood Bowl starting in the 2027 season.

Expanding Cultural Access to Los Angeles County Residents
Under the expanded program, eligible LA County residents with a valid Medi-Cal or EBT card can secure tickets to LA Phil-presented performances for just $10 each. The initiative aims to lower financial barriers and ensure that local community members can experience high-caliber live musical performances regardless of their economic situation.
Kim Noltemy, President and CEO of the LA Phil, emphasized the organization’s mission of inclusivity: “Live music belongs to everyone. We are continuously striving to create an inviting environment where all Angelenos feel welcome to enjoy our performances.”

Detailed application procedures, ticket purchasing instructions, and the official LA Phil concert schedule for the 2027 Hollywood Bowl season will be released via the LA Phil’s official website ahead of the season kickoff.
