Group LE SSERAFIM Oricon Chart success continues as their new release immediately claimed the top spot on the Japanese music chart upon release.
LE SSERAFIM Tops Oricon with Made My Night
According to the Oricon chart released on the 10th, LE SSERAFIM’s (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) 2nd single ‘Made My Night’ took the top spot on the ‘Daily Single Ranking’ for October 9, the day of its release in Japan. Following their 1st single ‘SPAGHETTI’, Korean-released singles have now consecutively reached the top of the chart.
‘Made My Night’ is an album capturing a night made special by their chemistry, featuring the title track of the same name and the b-side track ‘AEIOU’. The album also achieved strong results in South Korea, selling about 200,000 copies on its first day alone according to Hanteo Chart, proving their explosive popularity in both countries.
Global Power and Upcoming US/European Tours
The title track is receiving tremendous love as well. The song, which sings about the joyful moments of spending the night together with someone special, landed at No. 14 on the US Billboard ‘Bubbling Under Hot 100’ (as of September 26). Additionally, it has spent four consecutive weeks on Spotify’s South Korea ‘Weekly Top Songs’ chart, showcasing their global streaming power.
Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM successfully wrapped up the ‘2026 LE SSERAFIM TOUR ‘PUREFLOW’ IN UNITED STATES’ at the Prudential Center in Newark on the 8th (local time). Out of 9 stops, 8 cities including Los Angeles, San Jose, Phoenix, Fort Worth, Orlando, Chicago, Washington D.C., and Newark recorded sold-out shows.
Having successfully completed their US tour, LE SSERAFIM will kick off their first European tour at THE O2 Arena in London on the 16th.
