New rookie boy group AEN is officially kicking off their domestic music show promotions today. AEN is set to appear on Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ airing today (27th) to perform ‘X to Z (Next to me)’, the title track of their first mini-album ‘A NEW ERA OF NOW’. Having simultaneously released their debut album in both Korea and Japan on the 5th, AEN is a 7-member global group consisting of 4 Korean and 3 Japanese members. True to the meaning of their group name, ‘creating a new era at this very moment,’ they plan to cement their presence as next-generation global rookies through active domestic broadcast promotions starting with ‘M Countdown’. Their debut title track ‘X to Z (Next to me)’ captures the confidence and energy of the seven members standing at a new starting point. With powerful sounds, an addictive melody, dynamic performances, vocals, and rap, they are expected to showcase solid teamwork and stage presence. Previously, AEN graced the digital cover of the September issue of the Korean fashion magazine ‘Cosmopolitan’ and swept both the main and back covers of the October issue of the famous Japanese magazine ‘JUNON’. Starting with Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ today, they will continue their active debut promotions by appearing on major music shows such as KBS 2TV’s ‘Music Bank’, MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’, and SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’.
