Kyuhyun Compares SM Entertainment and Antenna
Super Junior Kyuhyun recently compared his former agency SM Entertainment and his current agency Antenna in a witty interview. On the September 3, 2026 episode of the YouTube channel ‘Open Your Mouth’ content show ‘True Man Show’ hosted by Lee Yong-jin, the K-pop idol and musical actor discussed the distinct differences between major and medium-sized entertainment companies in South Korea.
Pleading the Fifth on Agency Preference
During the program, Lee Yong-jin asked Kyuhyun about moving from SM Entertainment to Antenna. When pressed further on whether he would consider returning to SM if a great offer came along, Kyuhyun humorously avoided the trap. He stated, ‘If I choose, one side is bound to get upset. I will exercise my right to remain silent,’ while also noting that SM already has too many artists to take care of.
Kyuhyun currently maintains his group activities with Super Junior under SM Entertainment while managing his individual solo schedules through Antenna, continuing to show deep affection for both sides.
