Group Treasure is kicking off full-scale promotions for their new song ‘SHOCK’ starting with this week’s music broadcasts.
According to YG Entertainment, Treasure will appear consecutively on MBC’s ‘Show! Music Core’ on the 7th and SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’ on the 8th. Raising high expectations among music fans, this marks their first time performing ‘SHOCK’ on a music broadcast and revealing the full choreography.
Having previously proved their deep hip-hop colors through their music video and YouTube’s ‘It’s Live’, Treasure will unleash intensified energy through dynamic point choreography and synchronized knife-like group dances. A major viewing point is their vibrant, live handheld microphone performance fitting of the modifier ‘performance-type artist’. Riding this momentum, they also plan to deliver unrivaled live stages at major year-end award ceremonies such as the ‘2026 Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA)’ and the ‘2026 MAMA AWARDS’.
Released on the 2nd, [SHOCK] swept the No. 1 spot on iTunes Song Charts in 11 regional markets, topped the QQ Music digital single daily chart in China, and reached the top of AWA’s New Music Top 100 in Japan. The music video also proved an overwhelming global presence by claiming the No. 1 spot on YouTube’s ‘Most Viewed Video in 24 Hours’.
Meanwhile, Treasure will hold an offline event titled ‘Energy Charging Station’ to repay fans’ love. Containing the members’ desire to recharge the energy of Treasure Maker (fandom name), they plan to continue meaningful communication through diverse channels, including music broadcast sites and special encouragement for college entrance exam students.
