Group TREASURE clinched four awards, including the grand prize, at the ‘2026 KGMA’.
TREASURE won the grand prize, ‘2026 Grand Song’, at the ‘2026 Korea Grand Music Awards (KGMA)’ held at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on the 7th. This achievement proves their successful second act, driven entirely by TREASURE’s unique hip-hop color.
At this year’s ceremony, TREASURE walked away with four trophies: the ‘2026 Grand Song’, along with main awards ‘Best Artist’, ‘Best Hip Hop’, and the ‘Trend of the Year Group’ award. Scoring these four wins with their title track ‘IF I’ from their 4th mini-album ‘NEW WAV’ released last June, they have successfully kicked off a new chapter in their career.

Previously, TREASURE achieved impressive milestones with their ‘NEW WAV’ album, becoming a million-seller in the first week of release, topping iTunes charts in 13 regions, and sweeping four major music charts in both South Korea and Japan. Their track ‘IF I’ also gained immense popularity by taking first place on music broadcasts and entering the 100-million-view music video club in record time.
This accomplishment holds even deeper meaning as YG Executive Producer Yang Hyun-suk produced the entire album with hip-hop tracks, firmly proving the true ‘YG fundamental DNA’.
