TVXQ member U-Know Yunho recently found himself at the center of attention following a resurfaced online exchange with fans regarding his communication frequency. While the star faced initial criticism, recent updates reveal that his communication habits have drastically improved.
Recently, various online communities and social media platforms shared screenshots of past messages sent by U-Know Yunho on Bubble, a paid private messaging platform connecting artists and fans. In the messages, a fan pointed out the infrequency of his check-ins, prompting a direct and blunt response from the singer.
U-Know Yunho replied, “If you can’t understand, that’s fine. I am trying my best to send these Bubble messages, and I’m sorry I can’t satisfy you, but this seems to be the best I can do. Please don’t try to provoke me unnecessarily.”
Some fans expressed deep frustration over the lengthy silence, arguing that maintaining regular communication is part of an idol’s professional responsibilities, especially on a paid platform. Critics noted that going months without updates feels dismissive to supporters who pay for the service, leading to an unexpected clash between the artist and his fanbase.
However, many supporters later clarified that the messages were originally exchanged back in July during a particularly stressful period when concert venue logistics required massive coordination. These fans emphasized that U-Know Yunho quickly apologized for his sharp tone and has since become extremely active across Bubble, Weverse, and live broadcasts.
