YG Entertainment announced on Wednesday that its grand “2026 YG Global Audition” tour will run through December, marking the agency’s first large-scale worldwide talent search in two years.

The audition is open to anyone born between 2008 and 2015, regardless of gender or nationality. Applicants can showcase their skills in one of six distinct categories: vocal, rap, dance, visual, acting, or special talent.

Cities, Dates, and Where to Apply

The global search kicked off in Beijing on Sunday and will sweep through major cities across Asia, North America, and Oceania over the next six months:

• China & Japan: Chengdu (July 25), Shanghai (Aug. 1), Shenzhen (Aug. 9), Tokyo (Aug. 9), and Osaka (Sept. 20).

• Americas & Asia-Pacific: The tour heads to the United States, Taiwan, and Hong Kong in October, followed by Thailand and Canada in November, and wraps up in Australia and New Zealand in December.

This massive talent hunt follows the agency’s domestic “GO! DEBUT” special auditions held earlier this year, signaling YG’s aggressive push to assemble its next generation of international idols.
