Broadcaster Yoo Jae-suk recently playfully scolded singer Kim Jong-kook during a web show appearance.
On November 2, a video titled ‘The Silent Turf War for Ji Ye-eun’s Wedding MC Position’ was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Studio Modak’. In the video, Ji Ye-eun handed out handmade wedding invitations to the members of the SBS variety show ‘Running Man’ and checked their reactions.
Haha mentioned to Kim Jong-kook, who received an invitation, that he would finally be singing ‘Black Cat Nero’ again. Kim Jong-kook warmly promised to sing whatever was requested of him.
Hearing this, Yoo Jae-suk grumbled, “Then why didn’t you sing what I asked for at my wedding?” At the time, Yoo Jae-suk had asked Kim Jong-kook to sing ‘Lovely’ as a celebratory song, but Kim Jong-kook sang ‘One Man’ or another track instead.
Kim Jong-kook recalled, “Back then, I thought singing something like ‘Lovely’ beneath my dignity. There was a feeling that dancing at a wedding didn’t fit.”
However, Yoo Jae-suk repeatedly said, “What I wanted to hear was ‘Lovely’.” In response, Haha cracked everyone up by asking, “How many years has it been?”
Meanwhile, Yoo Jae-suk married former MBC announcer Na Kyung-eun in 2008, and the couple shares one son and one daughter.
