K-FAST NIGHT in LA Co-Hosted by Major Korean Media Leaders

CJ ENM, K20, Smart Media Representative (SMR), and KT Studio Genie jointly hosted K-FAST NIGHT in LA on September 28 at the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) LA Center. The event was co-organized by these four major entities with support from the KOCCA LA Center.

Expanding Korean Content Through Global FAST Strategies

The event drew approximately 80 content and media professionals from both South Korea and the United States. Attendees explored the business capabilities and global strategies of FASTβ€”a streaming service model funded by advertisements rather than subscription fees. Through presentations on new business models based on K-content and extensive networking sessions, participants discussed practical ways to facilitate the entry of Korean media into the U.S. market.

Sarah Kim, CEO of the business platform S’HAMPAGNE, which managed the event operations, stated, β€œWe focused heavily on ensuring that Korean companies could meet the right, necessary partners in the U.S. market. We will continue to create tangible business opportunities across various sectors moving forward.”
