Group TXT (TOMORROW X TOGETHER) is generating a massive global storm of anticipation ahead of the release of their new album ‘PERFECT STORM’.
TXT (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai) will make their official comeback on November 16 by releasing their 9th mini album ‘PERFECT STORM’. Ahead of this, they are captivating global fans with a unique promotion that combines the album’s original concept with the pre-save function of the world-class music streaming platform Spotify.
Explosive Growth in Pre-saves and Global Charts
Pre-saves, a feature that requests notifications before music is released, serve as a core indicator of comeback anticipation. The pre-save for the new album, which began on September 28, recorded an astonishing surge of over 3.5 times the participation number compared to their previous work. Following this, it rapidly climbed to the upper ranks of Spotify’s ‘Top 10 Countdowns’ in just three days, proving formidable firepower.
In particular, the ‘PERFECT STORM’ radar page opened on September 30 is gathering explosive reactions. The page, which visualizes the pre-save status, creates a storm image on the world map when users select their region, with the size of the storm expanding as the number of participants increases. It intuitively expresses global fans’ enthusiasm for the new album through storm graphics, adding an extra layer of enjoyment.
Building Up to the World Tour and Album Release
Backed by this unique promotion, enthusiastic participation continues, with storm images activated in approximately 6,600 regions worldwide within just two weeks of opening.
When the ‘2026 Global Citizen Festival’ was recently canceled due to worsening weather conditions, TOMORROW X TOGETHER held an impromptu live streaming performance in a New York practice room. Without any stage setups, they captivated global fans with live vocals and performances. Having proven their limitless stage capabilities as veterans in their 8th year since debut, expectations are high on what kind of intense music they will deliver through this new album.
Meanwhile, TOMORROW X TOGETHER will kick off the grand opening of their fifth world tour at the Seoul KSPO DOME from November 13 to 15. Immediately following the concert, they plan to continue their comeback momentum by officially releasing their 9th mini album ‘PERFECT STORM’ on November 16.
