NiziU has successfully wrapped up promotions for their first Korean mini-album, marking a significant milestone in their musical career. The talented girl group proved their rising popularity and secured impressive achievements throughout their domestic comeback.

Record-Breaking First-Week Sales for ‘Sour Grapes’

According to Hanteo Chart, NiziU’s first Korean mini-album ‘Sour Grapes’, released on September 28, recorded 226,532 copies in first-week sales (sales during the first week following release), breaking their previous personal record. Following this momentum, they took first place on MBC M’s ‘Show! Champion’ on October 7. Following ‘HEARTRIS’ in 2023 and ‘LOVE LINE’ in 2025, all three title tracks from albums released domestically by NiziU have now claimed the number one spot on music shows.

Heartfelt Gratitude to Fans

Having successfully concluded their domestic promotions, NiziU shared their thoughts through their agency. They stated, "This Korean promotion after a year and half was truly meaningful to us. Thanks to everyone who supported us, every day was happy, and it was a precious time meeting so many fans. It became an even more special promotion thanks to WithU [the fandom name], who created wonderful memories with us. We sincerely thank you and always love you! We will continue to work even harder as NiziU, so please look forward to it!"

Diverse Content and Upcoming Japan Tour

The long-awaited Korean comeback featured a wide variety of content for fans. Alongside music show performances, the group offered rich visual content including special concept choreography videos, as well as performance videos on YouTube channels like ‘Dingo Music’ and ‘Gogosing’. Their exceptional passion for the album shone through, matching the members’ own remarks that they practiced until they experienced muscle pain.

Global Tour Plans

Having showcased a successful and contrasting charm through this promotion, NiziU is now gearing up to meet global fans during their upcoming winter tour in Japan. Starting in Hyogo on November 22-23, they will head to Hokkaido on November 28, Aichi on December 4-5, Fukuoka on December 19-20, and Tokyo on January 20-21 and 23-24 next year.
