Residents have reportedly spotted IVE An Yu-jin at ‘DH Bangbae,’ a large-scale newly built apartment complex in Seocho-gu, Seoul, which began move-ins in September.

YouTube Video Sparks Rumors of An Yu-jin at DH Bangbae

Recently, broadcaster Park Eun-young’s YouTube channel ‘Alkong Dalkong Park Eun-young’ uploaded a video titled ‘3000-household DH Bangbae, September move-in brand new! Sense-filled interior.’ In the video, Park visited an acquaintance’s newly moved-in home to tour the interior and shared that the current occupancy rate stands at 40%.

Developed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction under its premium brand ‘THE H,’ DH Bangbae features advanced air purification and dust-removal systems at the entrance. The resident acquaintance also praised the beautifully landscaped complex and scenic views.

Family Spotted Living in the Luxury Complex

The conversation naturally turned to IVE member An Yu-jin, who previously made headlines after reportedly winning the public subscription lottery for the complex. Park Eun-young jokingly remarked, "IVE’s An Yu-jin won the general subscription. It really goes to those who are meant to have it, winning like it’s nothing."

When Park asked if An Yu-jin was living there, the acquaintance replied, "I saw her yesterday." Clarifying further, the resident added, "She doesn’t actually live here herself, but her parents seem to be living here instead. That’s why we get to catch a glimpse of her occasionally."

Massive Expected Market Value and Profit

Earlier media reports indicated that An Yu-jin won the general subscription draw for DH Bangbae. In speculative zones like Gangnam 3-gu and Yongsan-gu, certain units are allocated via a lottery system based on exclusive floor areas, allowing applicants with lower subscription scores to win. The competition ratio reached an impressive 90-to-1 with about 50,000 applicants. Korea Real Estate Board data shows a 2003-born winner was assigned the 101B type.

The pre-sale price for the 101B type ranged between 2.37 billion and 2.5 billion Korean won. With asking prices exceeding 4.5 billion won as of July, analysts estimate a potential market profit of around 2 billion won. Meanwhile, An Yu-jin’s agency, Starship Entertainment, maintained its stance that it is difficult to confirm personal matters.
