A Milestone Partnership for Transpacific Travel
South Korean hybrid carrier Air Premia has officially taken a massive step forward in its North American expansion. The airline announced a landmark interline agreement with Southwest Airlines, the largest domestic carrier in the United States. This strategic alliance marks the first time a South Korean airline has established a network-linked partnership with Southwest.
Under this new agreement, travelers can book a single-ticket itinerary that seamlessly connects Air Premia’s long-haul transpacific flights with Southwest’s extensive domestic network. Passengers will now gain streamlined access to more than 120 destinations stretching across the United States and 11 countries in North and Central America.

Connecting Through Major U.S. Gateways
The two carriers are anchoring their collaborative services around three primary West Coast and Pacific transit hubs: Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), and Honolulu (HNL).
Passengers departing from Seoul’s Incheon International Airport (ICN) can fly into these gateway cities via Air Premia and easily transfer to Southwest flights. This layout significantly simplifies travel to major American destinations that traditionally lack direct flights from South Korea, including:
-
Las Vegas
-
Chicago
-
Houston

Phoenix
-
