Singer and actress IU recently showed a deeply emotional side after receiving heartfelt praise and affection from veteran actress Na Moon-hee.

On the 14th, a video titled "IU came to Kim Young-ok’s house… even Na Moon-hee?! Dinner of the three and IU’s final letter" was uploaded to veteran actress Kim Young-ok’s YouTube channel.

During the gathering at Kim Young-ok’s home, Na Moon-hee and IU discussed their upcoming series "When Life Gives You Tangerines" (tentative English title).

Kim Young-ok remarked about a previous emotional scene, saying, "She said, ‘Grandma, it’s sad until the end.’ So is it sad until the end? What is that all about, I watched it without knowing."

IU recalled the emotional impact of the series, sharing, "I cried the most in the drama when Na Moon-hee’s character ‘Choon-ok’ passed away. That was probably the saddest part for me."

In response, Na Moon-hee offered warm and touching words, saying, "I still hope people cherish Lee Ji-eun a lot. I hope they cherish her deeply within the project." Moved by the gesture, IU’s eyes welled up as she responded, "Moon-hee teacher really cherished me so much while we were filming."

Kim Young-ok added with a touch of affection, "She’s being dramatic again. People who don’t like it won’t watch it. You must have really liked her a lot."
