Actor couple Lee Byung-hun and Lee Min-jung recently shared a glimpse of their down-to-earth family dining routine, drawing significant attention from fans.
On October 6th, Lee Min-jung uploaded a video to her YouTube channel titled ‘It’s Chinese Food This Time! Lee Min-jung Reveals 5 Favorite Chinese Restaurants She Has Visited for 28 Years [MJ Food Tour Chinese Food Edition].’
During the video, Lee Min-jung embarked on a tour to various Chinese restaurants known for delicious jajangmyeon and other dishes. Expressing confidence, she stated she would visit places offering great value and taste, teasing viewers that even better spots were yet to come.
Her husband, Lee Byung-hun, joined her when they visited a well-known restaurant in Namyangju famous for spicy stir-fried squid jjamppong. Known for his healthy appetite, Lee Byung-hun made viewers laugh by heading into the restaurant ahead of his family.
Top Star Couple Enjoys Casual Dining Without VIP Rooms
What caught the most attention was that despite being a top star couple, they chose not to use a separate VIP room or private space. Instead, they naturally enjoyed their meal in an open seating area alongside other regular customers.
Although Lee Byung-hun did not actively appear in front of the camera, his hand briefly made an appearance during the meal. The production team added a playful subtitle reading ‘Taohong and Lee Byung-hun’s fingers make an appearance,’ bringing smiles to viewers.
A Relatable Family Outing
Lee Min-jung naturally discussed the menu with her husband, asking, “Honey, don’t you like yangjangpi too?” Lee Byung-hun examined the dishes and humorously showed off his love for food by remarking, “A bowl of rice would taste so good right now.”
Rather than showcasing a glamorous celebrity lifestyle, the couple’s outing resembled a completely normal family meal. Their simple, relatable routine of debating menu options over delicious food added a charming and friendly appeal to the vlog.
