Group AKMU member Lee Chan-hyuk has drawn significant attention after appearing on a broadcast with actress Ha Ji-soo, who was previously involved in dating rumors with him, and being captured holding hands to dance.
During the October 31 broadcast of the MBC entertainment program ‘The Manager’, AKMU members Lee Chan-hyuk and Lee Su-hyun made an appearance.
The episode showcased AKMU’s busy daily life preparing for a concert. After establishing a new agency called ‘Symphony of Inspiration’ following his independence, Lee Chan-hyuk meticulously prepared for the concert as both the company CEO and an artist. He also revealed his home, where he lives with Lee Su-hyun, and his company.
The unique employee welfare system of the company operated by Lee Chan-hyuk also became a hot topic. After finishing a meeting with his employees, Lee Chan-hyuk moved together and met up with his younger sister Lee Su-hyun and other staff members waiting for them. It turned out that the day was the company’s ‘Sports Day’, dedicated to building physical strength by learning swing dances together.

In particular, Ha Ji-soo, who was previously rumored to be in a relationship with Lee Chan-hyuk, appeared as his swing dance partner, drawing intense focus. At the instructor’s prompt to change partners, Lee Chan-hyuk and Ha Ji-soo, who became the next pair, looked at each other with shy smiles and soon began dancing hand in hand. Holding hands, the two stepped to the swing dance rhythm and enjoyed the moment alongside their colleagues.
Lee Chan-hyuk and Ha Ji-soo first built a connection when they appeared together in the music video for the double title track ‘Dance’ from the project album ‘Umbrella’ by Lee Chan-hyuk Video released in 2023. Afterward, Ha Ji-soo also appeared in the music video for AKMU’s song ‘Paradise of Rumors’ released last April.
Lee Chan-hyuk and Ha Ji-soo were swept up in dating rumors once back in 2025. At the time, a media outlet reported that the two had been dating for over a year. However, Lee Chan-hyuk’s agency at the time maintained a stance that it was “difficult to confirm as it concerns private life.”
