The mental health first aid training was successfully conducted for its 52nd session by the Esther Ha Foundation, led by Chairman Yong-Hwa Ha, with 30 participants in attendance at the Flushing First Presbyterian Church in Queens on the 31 of last month.
During the event, Dr. Mi-Sook Hyun served as the guest lecturer, providing comprehensive education on the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and substance abuse, along with the fundamental principles of professional counseling.
