NCT Dream 6th Album trailer has been officially revealed, heightening the excitement for the group’s highly anticipated comeback.
Released on the 3rd, the trailer for NCT Dream’s 6th full-length album EP.1 titled ‘WE’RE DREAM AFTER SERVICE!’ humorously captures the members’ chaotic operations as they solve bizarre daily favors, delivering 90s American sitcom vibes that have garnered enthusiastic responses.
In the released video, the members attempt to coordinate a new request and share their operation time and location, but face constant interruptions and noise complaints from the next-door neighbor. Viewers are left wondering if the members, who have been together for 10 years, will successfully make it to the appointment on time, drawing immense attention to their witty chemistry.
Notably, highlight audio tracks from the upcoming album were embedded throughout the video, including ‘Dream After Dream’, ‘The Sun’, ‘Smile for U’, ‘Tumbler’, ‘Skydive’, and ‘This Is Your World’, raising expectations even higher.
In particular, ‘Smile for U’, which features Haechan’s participation in co-writing the lyrics, is an upbeat pop-rock track blending an acoustic band sound with Doo-Wop coloring. Its lyrics offer comforting words to someone who has endured a long and exhausting day, promising to always stay by their side with a bright smile just like a rainbow appearing after the rain.
Another b-side track, ‘Tumbler’, combines retro synth-pop and modern pop R&B to express the desire to cherish precious moments spent together like a tumbler and endlessly protect each other’s sides. Meanwhile, ‘This Is Your World’ is a grand pop-rock song highlighted by intense electric guitars and explosive band sounds, carrying a hopeful message of crossing the boundaries between dreams and reality to meet again and dream new dreams together.
Meanwhile, NCT DREAM’s 6th full-length album ‘DREAM AFTER DREAM’ is scheduled for release on November 9 at 6 PM.
