Double-Double Delight: New In-N-Out Irvine Great Park Location Coming Soon!

Animal Style is Coming to Great Park: A Brand-New In-N-Out Irvine Great Park Location Confirmed

Great news for burger lovers and late-night snackers: a brand-new In-N-Out Irvine Great Park location is officially on the way. While the iconic California burger chain has been making headlines for its ambitious out-of-state expansions, Southern California is proving it still gets plenty of love. Southern California’s favorite burger joint is set to open its second-ever outpost in the city of Irvine, much to the delight of the local community.

In-N-Out Irvine Great Park

Drive-Thrus and Double-Doubles at ‘The Canopy’

The highly anticipated new spot will find its home at “The Canopy” (7900 Great Park Blvd), a bustling 12-acre mixed-use commercial development currently under construction within the Great Park neighborhoods. Spanning an impressive 3,808 square feet, this In-N-Out Irvine Great Park restaurant will feature the holy grail of fast-food convenience: a fully operational drive-thru.

Scheduled to open its doors by the end of this year, this location will finally give the existing, perpetually packed Irvine store near the UC Irvine campus on Campus Drive some much-needed backup.

Corporate Shifts Behind the Buns

While the grill is heating up in Great Park, things are cooling down at Irvine’s corporate level. In-N-Out representatives reminded the public that CEO Lynsi Snyder previously announced plans to close the Irvine corporate office by 2030, consolidating operations back to the brand’s historic birthplace in Baldwin Park.

Furthermore, the company is looking east, establishing a brand-new eastern territory office in Franklin, Tennessee. Consequently, most of the corporate staff currently based in Irvine will eventually relocate to either the Baldwin Park or Franklin offices.

The In-N-Out Empire Keeps Growing

Don’t worry, California—the corporate shuffle won’t slow down your french fry supply. In fact, In-N-Out is on a massive growth trajectory. Beyond expanding its footprint right here in Irvine, the burger giant is actively cooking up new locations across Oregon, Nevada, Tennessee, Utah, and Colorado.

But for Irvine residents, the best news is right in their own backyard. Get your orders ready—whether you take it “Animal Style” or preferred protein-style—because the countdown to the grand opening has officially begun.
