NMIXX has been honored with the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Commendation at the ‘2026 Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards’.
Recognition at the National Awards
NMIXX attended the 17th Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards held on the 29th at the Haeoreum Theater of the National Theater of Korea, where they received the Ministerial Commendation in recognition of their contributions to the development of popular culture and arts. Established in 2010, the awards ceremony honors the hard work of pop culture artists and boosts their pride.
Acceptance Speech and Current Activities
As they are currently busy with promotions for their new release ‘Strange Muse’, NMIXX could not attend the ceremony in person. Through their agency, they shared their overwhelming thoughts: "We sincerely thank you for giving us such a meaningful award. It is even more meaningful to be called alongside many people who make pop culture shine. We once again thank NSWER [their fandom name] and the public for their unchanging love, and we will do our best to repay you with good music and stages."
Since their debut single ‘AD MARE’ in 2022, NMIXX has been loved for their unique music and high-quality live performances. They released their 6th mini-album ‘Strange Muse’ and title track ‘Birthday Wish’ on the 19th, actively pursuing comeback promotions.
Upcoming World Tour Finale
Riding this momentum, the group will bring the grand finale to their first world tour, ‘EPISODE 1: ZERO FRONTIER’, at the Inspire Arena in Incheon from November 27 to 29. Following their opening performance in November of last year, all seats for this three-day finale have sold out, promising a magnificent and successful conclusion to the tour.
