Pechanga Resort Casino participated in the LA Korean Festival to promote its resort and membership program to Korean visitors.
Pechanga set up a booth during the four-day festival starting on the 1st, handing out fans and goodie bags to visitors battling the hot weather while introducing its free membership program, ‘Pechanga Rewards’.
Cecilia Badanvancol, a Korean-American client development manager at Pechanga, stated, “The Korean community is a vital part of the local community that Pechanga deeply values, and we have been participating in various community events for over a decade to better understand and practically support the Korean community.”
Pechanga has been sponsoring the festival since 2014 and participated as a sponsor for Saturday’s performance program this year as well.
Badanvancol explained, “We value the opportunity to meet directly with the Korean community and continue to show our interest and support for the local area by consistently participating in and sponsoring various Korean community events.”
Pechanga is a comprehensive resort featuring a casino, hotel, restaurants, and a performance venue. According to Pechanga, recent reinvestments in facilities and services are expanding customer demand for dining, shows, and lodging alongside the casino.
The festival site also heavily promoted the ‘Pechanga Rewards’ membership. The free-to-join rewards program allows members to earn points based on slot machine and table game usage, offering benefits such as hotel and restaurant discounts, promotions, and member-only events depending on their membership tier.
The resort also operates a ‘Tier Match’ program, matching Pechanga’s corresponding tier for customers who hold a certain level of membership status at other Southern California casinos.
Various promotions are also running for rewards members in October. Every Tuesday, the ‘Touchdown! Instant Win Card Event’ offers up to $5,000 in EasyPlay, while designated Wednesdays and Thursdays feature kitchenware and household goods giveaways.
Performance schedules for Korean customers are also lined up. Singer Sohyang and ‘Sing Again 2’ winner Kim Ki-tae will perform on November 7 at 7 PM at the Pechanga Summit inside Pechanga Resort Casino.
Pechanga plans to continue its support for Korean community events moving forward.
Badanvancol concluded, “It is important that Korean customers feel welcomed when they visit Pechanga, and we will continue to reach out as a more approachable resort for Korean customers by participating in various Korean community events.”
